Time Out is clearly not as effective at our house as it probably is at other's. Chloe gets sent and Charlie goes and joins her - even if the reason Chloe is in time out is because she did something to Charlie. Charlie doesn't care. She thinks it is a game. Good grief!

haha, yeah I tried time-out with Aiden by having him stick his nose in the corner. It turned into a big game of peek-a-boo. What to do with these kids?!?
We did time-out with Chris and Jenn. Chris was so funny. He was required to spend 5 minutes being quiet in his room. He'd go in for a TO and get impatient to come out, so he'd start to holler and ask if his time was up. We'd say no and remind him that we would tell him when it was up, and that his time started over because he hadn't been quiet for 5 minutes. Once it took him 20 minutes to complete a 5 minute quiet time out! (That was when I got a timer and set it so he could hear when his 5 minutes was up.)
