His last week of finals was very stressful and exhausting for both of us. I had arranged earlier in May to go away and visit my friend Mandy for the weekend and play. Even after we found out that he would have NO break between his school terms, he let me go and have a weekend away. It was so fun. I left Friday and played until Sunday morning. It was such a great weekend to go have some girl time - child free - and just hang out, go to the movies, and stay up late and chat. Thanks Mandy, I REALLY needed that vacation.
